Where we ship from
RUS & SOV ships orders from our fulfillment centers in the US, Canada, Mexico, Spain, Latvia, Australia, and Japan. After you place an order, we route it to the fulfillment center that is able to deliver your specific products the quickest.
Estimated shipping delivery times:
Most orders reach their destination within 4-18 days. It generally takes us 2-5 days to prepare your order and ship it out. After that, shipping times will depend on the country you're ordering to.
Generally, total fulfillment and shipping times (including during Covid) are listed below. Please expect some delays in the run up to Christmas.
USA: 5-8 business days
UK: 4-9 business days
EU: 4-12 business days
Canada: 4-12 business days
Mexico & South America: 10-16 business days
Turkey: 10-15 business days
India, Pakistan, Bangladesh: 8-14 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 4-15 business days
Japan: 6-11 business days
Rest of the World: 6-19 days
International shipping:
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees. We do not collect them beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary across the world. Please do your research on this. In general, if you're in the US, EU, Japan, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, it should be ok.
UK shipping / Brexit update:
The way we charge VAT to orders to the UK has changed, starting January 1, 2021, because of Brexit. Currently, you can expect:
- For orders less than £135, RUS & SOV automatically collects and pays a 20% VAT amount to UK customs. You, the purchaser, do not have to pay any additional VAT on your order. Hence, such orders are the most convenient for you, the purchaser.
- For orders more than £135, you the purchaser will have to pay a 20% VAT on your order and a customs declaration is made on such packages arriving at the UK's borders, which could see you paying import duties. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Freight carriers:
RUS & SOV is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.
RUS & SOV cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

We are also not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Please double check that the address in your order is 100% correct before submitting!
