This 1932 Soviet poster reads, "Each (Female) Komsomol Member Must Master Military Equipment for the Defense of the USSR!" (Russian: «Каждая комсомолка должна овладеть боевой техникой обороны СССР!»).
The artist of this work is M. Bree-Bane (Russian: Бри-Бейн М.).
