The Red Army and Red Navy are the Reliable Guards of the USSR (Russian: Красная Армия и Красный Флот - надежная стража СССР) is a 1924 Soviet propaganda poster created by Pyotr Utkin (Russian: Пётр Уткин). At the top of the poster also reads the text: "To the 7th anniversary of the October victory" (Russian: «К 7 ой годовщине октябрьской победы»).
